Abstract：Research purposes: The purposes are to do the research on the feasibility related to the planning and joint developments of Metro and real estate in Chinese Metro project.
Research methods: In combination with the successful practical example of the joint developments of Metro station and real estate at home and abroad，the research，analyses and summary are made for the joint developments of Metro station and real estate.
Research results: The several types，development modes and followed principles are proposes for the joint developments of Metro and real estate，namely it is suitable for China to develop the Metro jointly with the development of real estate and the centralized development should be strengthened around the stations.
Research Conclusions: There are many different things encountered in the course of the developments，so the different designs should be made for the different conditions. In a word，the joint developments are not only beneficial to making good use of limited funds to construct Metro，but also have positive meanings and important effects on the city' s development.
