Abstract:Research purposes: With the China奄railway development toward high—speed railway and heavy—load freight,the stricter requirements are enforced on the integrity of rail track structure,and the safety of railway transportation becomes more and more important.This paper proposes a fracture detection method that is suitable for long seamless tracks without track circuits,and deeply studies and analyzes the mechanism of broken rail detection.
Research conclusions:The study on simulations of the rail integrity,broken rail status,occupied status of track and failed status of receiving channel shows the ultrasonic guided wave detection method can replace the detection circuits for broken rail in the section without rail circuit,with features of simple principle,easy installation and maintenance and Low consumption of operation power.
