Abstract：The paper expounds the positive meanings on speeding up the construction of Singapore-Lasa main trunk line for the Pan Asian Railway. Combined with speeding up the construction of Shanghai-Lasa railway, the rapid development of West China and the close communications with the Middle, East, South and North China may be promoted. While the rapid international railway through transport may be realized, so that the communication, exchange and cooperation desires and requirements concerned with policy, education, culture and physical activities, trade and tourist may be fulfilled.
