Abstract：This paper describes the serious harmfulness caused by unstability of high rock side-slope, puts forward that all factors should be considered when taking prevention measures for comprehensive treatment, analyses causes for the unstability of high rock side-slope, gives an introduction to the treatment measures in details, such as adopting classification of side- slope, adding drainage facilities and prestressed anchor cable frame and building surface protection wall and soft protection, net, and proposes the construction precautions based on an example of construction.
