Abstract：Enterprise culture is the soul of an enterprise, a symbol of a mature enterprise and a symbol of procession to success for a mature enterprise. In knowledge economic times, competition extends to cultural field from products and talents and a successful enterprise gets some benefits from its successful enterprise culture. A unique and excellent enterprise culture should be set up for Chinese enterprise. But it needs hard working for long time, taking part in by leaders, improving human resource management system of enterprise, giving up old culture and wide using new culture step by step.
