Abstract：According to the situation of disjunction among the construction scheme, construction progress and construction cost in drafting the new item for railway construction enterprise, the theory of "the mate of overall position”, based on the choice of varied schemes for trinity and the analysis of profit and loss for construction schemes has been proposed. The software of choice of varied schemes for railway construction is exploited. The theory is good fit for the construction based on the application.
