Abstract：At present，rock collapse in the construction of double-arch tunnel. Problems of large area crack exist in linings. In this paper author analyses the mechanics of two different construction methods of double- arch tunnel including displacement, force of principal support and safety factor, come to some conclusion, which can provide some reference on construction of double-arch tunnel.
