Abstract：The o rg ani za tion o f railw ay pro ject ma nagement is the base o f reali zing the modemi za tion o f rai lway project manag ement. It i s no t only adv antag eo us to rai sing funds of railw ay const ruction. but also to sho rtening the completio n time, g uaranteeing pro ject under the sy stem of socialist market eco nomy are studied in this paper, o n the basis o f reviewing the manag ement models of our rai lway project.
