Abstract As an extremely large stated-owned enterprise, China Railway Engineering Corporation continuously has experienced many leaping breakthroughs over last ten years and become one of Global Top 500 Enterprises from traditional enterprise and taken the 4th place in the Largest Global Contractors List.
