Research conclusions ： Based on the site investigation after the earthquake，it is concluded: (1) The earthquake impact on the geological structure and stratum along the railway line is unobvious. (2) The earthquake impact will not produce the large landslide and mudflow in short period of time，but do impact the existing building very much. (3 ) The sequence - disaster caused by the earthquake makes long - term impact，which can possibly cause mudflow. (4) The rock falling caused by the earthquake is very common，which will make impact on the construction of the railway, so the preventive measures should be taken into account in the design and construction stages. In addition, the proposals are made in this paper for the route election, subgrade engineering and bridge and tunnel constructions for construction of the line.
