Abstract Since China Communications Construction Group (Ltd.)( C C CG) has been established in 2005，the operation fields are being widened constantly and the economic benefits are soaring greatly. And CCCG succeeded in being listed on Hongkong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on December 15，2006. In this paper, Meng Fengchao, the Vice Board Chairman and Secretary of Party Committee of CCCG，annotates that as the large-sized construction engineering enterprise directly under the central management, CCCG gained a series of successful fundamental experiences within short time.
