Abstract Research purposes: This paper aims to supply reference to scientific decision-making of financing by making clean the thoughts of financing.
Research conclusions: By concluding and comparing analysis，this paper discovers that sustainable perfecting and developing of the market make the financing technologies appear the trends of diversification. Diversification of financing technologies has supplied many platforms to the leap-forward development of railway. It is not technological problem to railroading financing but a series of reasonable systems.
