Abstract:Research purposes:The Dongping Waterway Bridge on Guiyang - Guangzhou Railway,with a span arrangement of ( 85. 75 + 286 + 85. 75) m,is a steel trussed arch bridge with double arch ribs. The orthotropic deck structure with transverse K - shape brace is adopted to the bridge deck. This kind of bridge structure is the first time to adopte in China. In this paper,the mechanic behaviors of the main girder,bridge deck system and longitudinal and transverse connections are analyzed,and also the G11 joint which bears complicated loads is analyzed with the refined 3D finite element method to provide the basis for the the bridge design. The research results can be as the reference to the similar works.
Research conclusions:The load bearing state of the main girder is rational,the maximum absolute values of the tension and compression of the axial forces are close,and the born loads of all members of the bridge deck system meet the design requirements,the load bearing situation of the G11 joint is complicated,and the maximum stresses of all members do not exceed the yield stress.
