Abstract：Research purposes: According to the status of the Shahepu station and the necessity of regional depot distribution plan, a reasonable regional depot distribution plan of the Shahepu station has been determined.
Research methods: Following the design principles of "functional, systematic, advanced, culture, economy"，a study has been performed on the regional depot distribution plan and by comparison and analysis the regional station layout plan has been determined through integrated selection.
Research results: This paper puts forwards four design proposals, such as, elevated road around the waiting room , elevated Square before the station , underground roads around the waiting room and associative proposal. After the comparison and analysis are performed on the advantages and disadvantages of every program design, the associative proposal is the best.
Research conclusions: Through comprehensive comparative analysis of every program, we finally occasional recommended associative proposal. It used elevated road and underground roads around the waiting room.
