Abstract：Research purposes: The purpose was to seek the way suited to professional features of production quota for establishing model and inspection index during establishing mathematical model for production quota.
Research methods: The comparison was made between regression analysis and curve's fitting by adopting comparison method.
Research results: The equal points and different points were sought between regression analysis and curve's fitting and on which the inspection index was presented for establishing mathematical model for production quota.
Research conclusions: The curve's fitting method was more close to the professional features of production quota. It was proposed that the error index would be adopted, but index of regression analysis, when establishing mathematical model for production quota and its inspection index.
