Research conclusions： As actualization of the CMSSIG in Guiyang South Railway marshalling yard, actualization of centralized dispatching, management and processing for inspection operation for goods in marshalling yard has come true. By means of creating new flowchart for goods inspection, dynamic tracing and monitoring from training accessing to train leaving is actualized. Scientific management and information management greatly provides a warranty for safety transportation of goods by railway. On the basis of practical application of the design of CMSSIG in Guiyang South marshalling yard, it is proven that the design and methodology of actualization is reasonable, and it is applicable for provision of CMSSIG in new marshalling yard or upgrading of existing marshalling yard.
