Abstract:Research purposes : The stability of rock slope is an inevitable problem in construction of mountain expressway. The influence of rock mass structure on stability of rock slope is seldom taken into account in current design.
Research conclusions : The rock slopes in base case are re-evaluated and the accuracy ratio of back evaluation is above 85%. The stabilities of 12 structured rock slopes in Changde - Zhangjiajie expressway are evaluated by the model and the results are in good agreement with the actual conditions, which shows that the model of stability evaluation of structured rock slope based on case - based reasoning method in this paper is effective. The stability evaluating method for rock slopes can be a reference for design in rock engineering.
