Abstract：Research purposes: The research of Urban Rail Transit landscape is still in its infancy in our country. So the landscape evaluation system is be build up to get approbation of expert and public.
Research methods: The Analytic Hierarchy Process is use for building Urban Viaduct Rail Transit landscape evaluation system from dynamic landscape and static landscape .This system is proved its availability by instance of light rail transit in Chongqing.
Research conclusions: The Urban Viaduct Rail Transit landscape evaluation system that the thesis established can reflect the difference of the Urban Viaduct Rail Transit landscape in a specific way and can reflect the different degree. The evaluation system that the thesis sets up could reflect the actual circumstance and has the good reference value to the research work of the aftertime. Appling the faint-synthesis evaluation method，its result can accurately and abjectly reflect the actual circumstance of the Urban Rail Transit .The method is brief and has the practicability.
