Abstract：With the surge of globalization spreading over the world, as the traditional industry, construction industry encounters the unprecedentedly impact. More and more construction enterprises from different countries and areas take part in coordination and competition. With corrdinated projects gradually increasing more, moreand more construction enterprises feel that it needs a relative fair regulation to normalize business concept and management process during corrdination in order to reduce the cost of analyses the characteristics of construction enterprise under FIDIC Term and situation of globalization, proposes the chance, challenge problems encountered by FIDIC and making FIDIC playing greater role under new situation.
