Abstract：Research purposes: Harbib—Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line passes through three provinces of the northeast China with very cold weather．Up to nOW，there is no ballastless track in such cold area at home and abroad，SO it iS necessary to do the experimental research on the manufacture of CRTS I ballastless slab of passenger dedicated line in cold area to make the durability and frost resistance of the slab meeting the requirement of cold weather and to form the manufacturing technique．
Research conclusions: Based on the relative standards and the innovation achievements of the concrete materials for the ballastlees track of passenger dedicated line，the technical specifications are offered for the materials for slab used in the cold area，such as steel and concrete，and the prestress system of prestressed concrete slab is optimized as well as the authority manufacturing technique is formed．The successful application of this technique in cold area provides the perfect foundation for manufacture of the slab used in cold area．
