Abstract：Large radius curve is adopted on high-speed passenger dedicated line of Chinese Railway owing to the requirements for high design speed and good comfortableness of the line. Therefore, there are lots of bridges with different types on the line. The carrying and erecting device for shell guide girder type box girder was design and developed in order to meet construction requirements. The device has made great progresses in usability, safety, stability and economic characters and the good social and economic benefits can be gained by usage of the device.
