Abstract：Analyze the condition of B27 bids works of Qinghuangdao-Shenyang dedicated passenger railway; conclude that the area of the yards to store the continuous welded rail is an important factor for welding train. Select the quantity of continuous welded rail deposited before laying in the yard as the optimized object, establish the model depending on the restricting relationship of the time in which the welding train work in the two laving track teams, analyze the parameter to reduce the condition of using the welding train. Then based on the technical flow of laying the continuous wedded rail, discuss the relationship of working procedure between the welding and others ,and indicate some important parameter in selecting the equipment. This paper is useful for selecting the equipment, drawing the construction management plan, adopting new technics.
