Abstract：Accurate orientations are put forward concerned with the connotation, definition, essential factors, principles and examination standards of the “full-science-ecchnology” pattern. The practices and the development of the "full-science-ecchnology" pattern in the China Railway Engineering General Corporation in the resent 6 years arc analyzed deeply in this paper. Based on these aspects, the developing essentials and the key works of the "full-science-ecchnologv" pattern in the advanced period are further proposed.
