Abstract：Because the route standard of the high speed railway is higher than the ordinary railway，the most difficult problem concerned with high speed railway passing through city is how to deal with the interrelation between the high speed railway and the existing buildings，especially concerned with a large number of buildings to be removed and to match with the city planning furthermore. The article states a few brief analyses about several means of route selection for high speed railway passing through large cities.
