Abstract：This paper introduces the main theory，structure of software and hardware，performance of new equipment，the inspecting and control system for deflection of top end of piers，which is designed for bridge launching technology. This inspecting and control system has been successfully used in Romiou Viaduct in the Republic of Cyprus .At the same time，a new technology——Virtual Instrument and its main functions of LabVIEW developing tools arc introduced as well.
