Abstract：The decision made by an enterprise is an important work in the overall developing process of the enterprise which determines the prosperity or decline and success or failure of the whole enterprise. The enterprise's decision has the significant features of flexibilith &. diversified，having risk ,effectiveness for a given period of time，etc. Method and strategy should be strived for determining the enterprise's decision. The most basic and important means lie in the scientific decision. Methods and strategies concerned with different aspects are explored in this paper，and they arc valuable as reference for the leaders of the enterprises.
