Abstract：This paper is on extract from the speech of the deputy minster Mr. Sun Yong-fu issued at the Qing-Zang Railway Construction Conference. The paper summarizes the obtained achievements since the construction of Qing-Zang Railway going into operation. The situations faced on are analyzed, the assignments on construction of Qing-Zang Railway for next year are disposed, and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed. It will possess with important guiding meanings for all working units including design, engineering construction, science research, supervision, etc. on the construction of Qing-Zang Railway, concerned with how to implement the key battles in the next year by upholding the essential nature of staff & workers and advanced science & technology, so as to strive for new victories in the construction of Qing-Zang Railway.
