Abstract：The essential document required to be worked out for general architectural engineering project is the organization design of the unit engineering project. Taking this document as key point, the following aspects are expounded in detail, such as the principles and the bases for working out this document, the general situation of the engineering project and its main contents, the construction deployment, preparation and procedure planning, as well as the construction methods for main project items, etc.
