Abstract：Nowadays, the reform of our national enterprises has entered a critical stage. In order to do well with the national enterprises and extricate themselves from the predicament, it is necessary to establish a new technical innovation system and promote enterprise technical progress. But there are many problems occurred in the developing course which should be solved as soon as possible. This paper reveals the major problems and their sources in the course of enterprise technical innovation, thereby further discusses the methods about establishing and perfecting the technical innovation mechanism and mode.
