Abstract：In this paper, the regional environmental characteristics of the railway transport development of Xinjiang are studied,a systematic analysis is made on its current situation and features. The targets,constructions and countermeasures of Xinjiang’s railway transport are put forward finally,so that the practical basis of decision-making are provided for implementing sustainable development and allocation of Xinjiang’s railway transport.
