Abstract：The paper introduces the procedure of the process technology for manufacturing the strand cable of cable-stayed bridges. The principle and method of quality control at its different manufactur-ing stages are described in detail. The relative problems which should be taken into attention in the procedure of manufacture and its treatment are also proposed.
