Abstract：By applying the principle of the market economics, the recent situation of the rail?way construction supervision in China are analyzed. In orrfer to pursue the railway construc?tion supervision system，the author proposes that we should reform the present management system for capital constructions，amplify the relative laws and regulations，regulate the rela?tionship between supervision with design, construction and other departments, raise the quality of supervision themselves，etc.
