Abstract：This paper int roduces a number of ex perience abo ut that the China Rai lway Engineering Co rpo ratio n ( CREC ) ca rry out the “ co ndi tion repai r sy stem” w hich includes st reng thenning compulso ry daily service, reinforcing manag ement of oil and w ater , set ting up a reasonable system abo ut the co ndi tio n testing and diag no sing.
