Abstract：Based o n the a nalysi s o f present situa tions a nd long-term planning of railw ay netw o rks in Jinan Ci ty and Na njing City a nd the inf luence o f the int roduction o f Bei jing-Shanghai Hig hspeed Railway ( fo r passeng er t raf fic) o n the tw o netw orks, detailed pro posal to the si tes of bridg es acro ss Ya ng t ze Riv er and Yellow Riv er ( fo r passenger t raffic) is provided. And acco rding to practical ci rcumstances a t si te, proposal i s o ffered to desig n bridg es ov er Yangt ze Riv er a nd Yellow Riv er in co nformi ty wi th technical standards fo r hig hspeed rai lw ay.
