Abstract：Combined wi th the present si tuatio n o f the f requency characteri stics of the railway communication in China, the paper analy zes the functio ns o f the MS371A communica tion inst rument impo rted f rom Japa n, and proposes it s specific a pplicatio n methods. Thi s communicatio n inst rument has been put into practice.
