Abstract：Doing well the management of equipment in period of investment and making good technical-economic proof are the important components of the management of equipment in its whole procedure. During the import of the numerical-control drilling machine for steel girders, the decision analysis of the investment, the research on suitability and the multi?scheme comparisons and selections are given. And thus，the advance9economytreliability and suitability of the import equipments may be guaranteed as a whole.
