| Discussion on the Materials Regional Management Mode for Construction Enterprise |

Abstract Research purposes：The materials cost of construction enterprise is up to 60% of its total cost, so the materials management level is very important to control the materials cost and total cost of the enterprise. In this paper, the discussions are made on the new materials management mode for the purposes of effective controlling the materials in entire process from purchase to usage and overcoming the deep problems in existing materials management for construction enterprise.
Research Conclusions ： Construction enterprise should change the materials management mode from decentralization into regional centralization by integrating the human resources, assets resources and information resources and establishing centralized management platform and reasonable regional network. In this way, construction enterprise can realize the integrations of standard，information and purchase and effectively control the materials to reduce the materials cost and enhance the benefits.
