Abstract Xieyangxi Bridge is a grand bridge on Changfu High Speed Road of No.319 State Highway, with four-arch of net span up to 132 m on the top bridge. This paper gives an introduction to the selection of construction scheme for arch box, design of hoisting and fastening system, measures for laterally stabilizing arch rib and simulative analysis of structure of the bridge and describes the construction technique for hoisting and closing large-span and mufti-arch rib on single base.
