Abstract Representative construction system is an advanced and mature operation model by project legal person. This paper describes three management models and their features of representatives construction system in railway construction management in accordance with the development trend of representative construction system for the railway construction project invested by the government in China, analyses the problems in representative construction system at early stage in China.
