Research conclusions:The measures in comprehensive office building achieve the line with the National Building Award，LEED gold medal assessment level:(1)The energy saving measures of double glass curtain wall，ground source heat pump system，tunnel ventilation system，intelligent lighting systems，photovoltaic optical system，fully embody the applicability of emerging technologies in green building.(2)The train application of regenerative braking system embodies the characteristics of rail transit construction.(3) The rainwater recycling system meets the assessment standards of green building water saving and water resources utilization.(4)It can provide the reference for similar green building in rail transit system.
