Abstract It is a new development of reinforces technology to adhere carbon fiber for reinforcing concrete. This paper describes the construction organization, construction process and quality inspection during the construction of reinforcing concrete by adhering carbon fiber in details based on an example of consolidating Lingang crossing bridge in Tianjin.
