Abstract Based on the real situation of railway construction enterprise，the paper describes the main ways to increase revenue from construction cost for construction enterprise from the aspects of contracting construction, enlarging resources of income, supplementing and modifying the terms of construct related to construction cost, strengthening management of acceptance and valuation, accounting of construction cost and paying attention to readjustment of price and claim work. Thisn is the way to increase the economic income for the railway construction enterprise, especially for the professional construction enterprise.
