Abstract Based on the fact that the Chinese construction enterprises will more attend the international competition in order to survive after China's entry into WTO, this paper puts forward wdveral key problems related to contract management, construction claim and human resource management in execution of international engineering projects, enterprises to increase the ability of competition in international market.
