Abstract Combined with the situations of construction of high speed railways in Japan, the paper analyzes the era's background of construction of Jing-Hu high speed railway in China. The standards for construction of Jing-Hu high speed railway arc proposed, and the transportation organization mode for Jing-Hu high speed railway has been expounded further and explored.
