Abstract The necessities to put forward the electrification of railways are expounded in this paper concerned with the following aspects the properties of the supervision on construction works for the railway electrification projects, working out its implemental regulations, implement of supervision on construction items during different construction stages, summary of supervision works, etc. At the same time, particular suggestions are proposed concerned with its serviceability. The existing problems during the implemental course are analyzed qualitatively also in this paper.
