Abstract By applying the basic method of statistics analysis, the analyses on statistics in formations of accidents with injuries and death for a construction enterprise in recent 16 yeas are put forward, and the general regular pattern of accident happened are obtained. And by using the control diagram，the process control was put forward on the safety operation works of the enterprise, while the good effects had been achieved.
