Abstract The main problems existing in the control of statistic procedure for the quality of current concrete Production are proposed in this paper. Relative problems，such as the easy and rapid evaluation of the process ability, etc ,are put forward in research and exploration also. They are helpful for the sustainable improvement of the quality of concrete production and for reducing the cost of engineering project.
