Abstract During the knowledge economy era，the high-level human resources arc very important，and the education is the key to determine the quality level of the human being. Analyzing the present education situation for enterprises’staff，the necessity for raising the quality education of enterprises’ staff has been proposed. The contents and particular measures for raising the quality education of enterprises’ staff are expounded also in this paper.
