Abstract The meaning，content，classification and present situation of contract to the international engineering projects arc introduced at first in this paper. Then，the influences in five aspects for China participated in the contract of international engineering projects after acceded into WTO are analyzed. Finally，several suggestions which should be faced on concerned with these aspects by enterprises and government respectively are proposed.
