Abstract This paper is on extract from the speech of the deputy minster Mr. Sun Yong-fu issued at the Qing-Zang Railway Construction Conference. The paper summarizes the obtained achievements since the construction of Qing-Zang Railway going into operation. The situations faced on are analyzed, the assignments on construction of Qing-Zang Railway for next year are disposed, and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
